IF YOU want to catch a million-plus price tag in Sinnamon Park, all you need to do is list a house with a bar, a spa and a built-in cinema room, according to Jason Adcock at Adcock Prestige.
Mr Adcock said the property at 35 Edenbrooke Drive set a record for the Edenbrooke Estate and, according to Core Logic, it was the highest price ever achieved on that street, with the closest at No.15, which sold for $905,000 in 2016.
“It was the dearest property sold in that subdivision,” Mr Adcock said. “We did have multiple offers on that … property and in the end the sellers were very pleased with the price that we achieved, setting a record for the estate.”
He said they had more than 100 groups through the home in its three months on the market.
“We had 109 groups of people through, and we had three written offers,” Mr Adcock said.
“It was probably the best and most luxurious home in the estate and it really ticked the boxes for everyone.
“There was something for everyone in the family.
“You had a full professional movie theatre, a bar … with commercial refrigeration and timber benchtops, a billiard table, pool, it had everything.”
